In early March, I attended a lecture at Rutgers-Camden in which longtime activist Frank Fulbrook argued that if you want to get rid of open-air drug markets, you should switch from prohibiting drugs to regulating and taxing them. The speech reminded me of some of what N J Weedman has said on our show, so naturally I got curious about what would happen if I brought Fulbrook and Weedman together. In this episode, recorded in Fulbrook's Penn St conference room, we hear the result.
