Apparently we haven't finished mining the rich resources of Dr Jon Van Til's Non-Governmental Organizations seminar at Rutgers-Camden. Seminar student Fatmata Kabia, now having just received her Master of Public Administration degree, brings us an issue that's near and dear to her and should be of urgent concern to all:
Blood diamonds. Some of the diamonds you see for sale are tainted by war, murder, torture, rape. Our guest broadcaster's own uncle was murdered in Sierra Leone, and she uses that country as an example to show you the conflict diamond trade.
Do not buy another diamond until you've heard this program.
RZ Note: Congratulations to the Rutgers-Camden Lady Raptors softball squad which won the NCAA Division III World Series on May 22, 2006.
