The Hispanic Awareness Committee (HAC) organizes a Hispanic Heritage Month Celebration each year coinciding with the national observance of Hispanic Heritage Month (September 15-October 15). This year, the Camden County Board of Chosen Freeholders joined with HAC in sponsoring the 6th Annual Hispanic Heritage Month Celebration at Cooper River Park on Saturday, September 16th. There was a domino tournament, informational booths, free blood-pressure screening, face painting, and, of course, a variety of music from a number of countries -- plus a comedy sketch. LNR brings you as much as it can fit. Que viva la herencia!
This is a bilingual show.
This program aired in the tri-state Camden, Philadelphia, and Wilmington area over 5,000-watt WTMR-AM 800 on Wednesday, September 20, 2006, at 9:00pm. We present it here for the world.
