Music to Ease Your Hardships
The Don Edwards Show #1

The week before this show aired, I myself was subjected to a drastic change of economic circumstances. Along with that change came emotional difficulty. So there I was that week, on the verge of tears, scared of my new circumstances, and into my swirl of pain walks lyricist and singer Don Edwards and says, "Here, let me play you a few of my songs."

I'm telling you it took less than a minute for all my anguish to melt away. The effect of Don Edwards music on my mind was little short of miraculous. I was transported to another time, a whole 'nother world.

In this program I'm delighted to offer you the same experience. Don Edwards has performed in numerous USO shows, entertaining the troops, so if he can give our military men and women a mental escape from the horrors of war, he can certainly give you a profound break from whatever you're going through.

This program aired in the tri-state Camden, Philadelphia, and Wilmington area over 5,000-watt WTMR-AM 800 on Wednesday, October 4, 2006, at 9:00pm. We present it here for the world.
