Tonight, we treat what is commonly known as "welfare-to-work" by interviewing staff and clients of a program that is directly involved in getting people off the dole and onto career paths. Welfare recipients referred by what are called EARN Centers enter a program called Tech-Redi and learn how to rebuild computers. We talk with people at Tech-Redi, and we place a strong emphasis on the people the program serves. Get ready for plenty of insight!
